Stayed May 2013, travelled as a couple

Great central location, easy walk (with kids) to shops, park and beach. Bus stop right out front too so can leave your car in the handy undercover parking for entire stay! Friendly and helpful owners and staff make the stay even more pleasant. Will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Windward Apartments for approximately 4 years.

We keep returning as we enjoy the warm welcome from Larry and Mary, who are always willing to assist us where ever they can.

The rooms are spacious,very clean and inviting and the views are to die for after coming from the country.

We stayed in no. 20 and it was spacious, immaculate and had beautiful ocean views. It is close to all the shops and restaurants.

I would highly recommend staying there and will definitely be back

For the third year in a row we spent 8 nights at Windward Apartments.

We love it because it is just minutes walk to the beach, the cafe, Coles, bakery, bookshop and especially The Pub. Also there is a bus stop just outside on both sides of the road.

The apartments we have stayed in have been extremely spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and great patio overlooking the sea..

We have had many a BBQ on the great gas BBQ out by the pool area. The swimming pool is the best!!! and gets sun for most of the day.

Larry & Mary are extremely friendly and helpful and will book any tours or activities as well as shuttles to and from airport.

We stayed at Windward in a 3 bedroom apartment for 7 nights.

Having everything within walking distance (shops, bars, restaurants, buses and beach ) was fantastic.

Larry and Mary were very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Being able to hire beach towels and body boards for the beach was a definite bonus as it saved us from having to bring them with us.

The apartments were spacious (with four adults and two children we found we still had plently of room), clean and well maintained, with generous balconies with stunning views of the coastline. The sea breezes coming in through the apartment meant that we found we didn't need to use the airconditioning (even though it was provided).

The pool and barbecue facilities were spotlessly clean, and great for families to use.

We can't wait to return to Mooloolaba and will definitely return to Windward Apartments!

Enjoyed our short (2 nights) at the Windward 3 bedroom apartment.

Wonderful views from the balcony. With 4 teenage boys, there was still a feeling of spaciousness about the apartment.

Good location, walk to either Mooloolaba or Alex Heads beaches, shops, resturants and supermarket.

Would stay here again if holidaying on the Sunshine Coast.

Recently found ourselves stranded for two days on the Sunshine Coast due to the floods in Queensland.

We were able to secure two nights at Windward Apartment with very short notice. Location was great and handy to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion.

Larry and Mary were so friendly and very accommodating to meet our needs. We had a two bedroom apartment and found it clean and spacious with all the necessary requirements.

Would highly recommend to anyone as a place to stay if holidaying on the Sunshine Coast.

We recently stayed at Windward Apartments for 5 nights. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment was clean, tidy, very spacious and very well priced.

The apartments are located a short walk away from the supermarket and close to the main strip of restaurants/cafes. They are approx. 5-10 minute walk from the patrolled section of the beach, so it was a little walk with young children.

We found the managers to be very helpful and happy to help with recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We were also able to kindly borrow some buckets and spades.

My husband, 2 boys and I had a fabulous week in Moololaba at Windward Apts. Our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment was ideal; giving us a bit of space outside for the boys to run around and close to the pool and BBQ area. We had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy!

The outdoor communal spaces were really pleasant - clean, sheltered and relaxing. The location is perfect - being a short walk from the shops, cafes etc but far enough away that there is little noise from constant foot traffic and feels very private.

Larry & Mary, the managers were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful - offering advice on things to do, booking trips for us and allowing us a late check out. We suggested an appliance replacement on our comment card and received a thank you email a few days later advising that this had been done. We would recommend to all and happily stay there again.
